MAT244--Misc / Is "Method of Annihilators" covered in term test 2?

I saw the "Method of Annihilators" in section 4.3. But I cannot not recall any lecture that have covered this topic.

Can somebody explain this part a little bit? And is this method testable in the coming term test?

Are the assigned exercises posted on the web page the questions we need to do on the textbook?
Do we need to do other questions that are not listed on the web page?
e.g. Chapter 1.1 Assigned exercises says to do Q22-25, however, questions listed below are Q28 - Q32

Can someone clarify this to me? This is a bit confusing...
