Chapter 1 / Section 1.6.2, Question 19.
« on: October 06, 2020, 05:15:01 PM »
The question is:
Suppose that ∫(Pdx+Qdy)=0 holds for each closed curve γ in D. Show that Pdx+Qdy is an exact differential.
I have tried following the hint but keep getting dH/dx = P(x,y) - P(x0,y0).
Any help would be appreciated!
