Sorry, there aren't supposed to be n's, those are supposed to be just $\sin \theta$.
So the solution should be:

u(x,t) = u(r, \theta) = r \frac{5}{3} \sin \theta - \frac{1}{r} \frac{2}{3} \sin\theta
\end{equation}
