I just want to know the solutions to the tut3 about integrating factor in exact equations.My TA doesn’t solve every problems but I still have difficulty in doing them.
Is it possible to for a equation has no factor like μ=μ(x),μ=μ(y), μ=μ(x/y)?

We never considered $\mu=\mu(x/y)$ (but we considered $\mu=\mu(xy)$.
Absolutely. The majority of equations do not have integrating factors of any of these types
