Find the general solution of the given differential equation:
     4y'' - 9 y = 0

Solution:
    4r^2 - 9 = 0
     4r^2 = 9
       r^2 = 9/4
         r = +/- 3/2
r1 = 3/2
r2 = -3/2
Therefore, the general solution is y = C1e^3t/2 + C2e^-3t/2
