The website seems to be down for a while now.

List of problems has been posted. Problems themselves have been posted. Chapter 1 is available online. Chapter 2 is available for download. Search and read before writing!

Weekly upgrade (started probably at 4:00 pm). At 5:30 pm it will be according to sysadmins online.
