Ch. 2. Sections 2.1, 2.2, 2.4--2.6

Ch. 3. Sections 3.1--3.5

Sections 3.6 and following will be covered by Test 2

PS. In many consecutive additions of Boyce & DiPrima, including 10th and 11th, table of contents is the same.
