Was anybody able to get y in terms of just x for the question on the mock quiz? I had a (y2)^2 /(y1) term on the left hand side, and was unsure if there was a way to actually get y as a function of x, instead of just a relation between x and y(x).
Thanks for your help!

It was not my intention to to check any math, so there could be that it is impossible recovering $y$ as a function of $x$. My purpose was to let you practice techical aspects
