Dear Professor Ivrii,

Because of time conflicts, I have actually taken quizzes in both Professor Höell's and Professor Milman's sections, and I can gurantee you that J.Y.'s information about an inequal quiz time across sections is definitely not incorrect.

In Professor Höell's morning section, we always had 20 minutes for our quizzes, which started at 10:40 am and ended at 11 am.

In Professor Milman's section, however, we have up to 30 minutes to do the quiz. How it works is that, using this evening as an example, at 7:30 pm, Professor Milman would give students a 10-minute break, and then class would resume at 8 pm. Students may choose to go to the washroom, take a break, or start working on the quiz immediately at 7:30 pm, and that means we actually can have 10 more minutes to work on the questions. Of course, most students prefer and take the last option, and I did too.

I hope my message here will clear up some misunderstandings, and I do agree to J.Y.'s point that it would be better and fairer for students if all the sections have exactly the same amount of quiz time.
