MAT 244 Misc / Equal Quiz Time for All Sections

I have noticed that Prof. Pierre Milman's class has 30 minutes for the quizzes and he also gives quiz reviews hints about what is gonna be covered. On the other hand, Prof. Hoell's class doesn't get reviews or hints and only has 20 minutes to the quizzes.
Can we have both have 30 minutes so all sections have the same amount time from now on?

In equation (28) of theorem 3.6.1, it says that "where t0 is any conveniently chosen point in I".
This is for the integral limits for u1 and u2.
I don't understand how we can just conveniently choose some t0 for the general solution when it's not an initial value problem.

Textbooks for MAT244 are not available in the bookstore yet. Do we need to have the book in the first week?
