Question about the posted solution for HW1 3c

I am confused about why when we integrate the left hand side Ux/e^u, we used the x' in Ux(x', y) expression, but we didn't change x in e^u(x,y)

It was a misprint; it should be $e^{u(x',y)}$ in the denominator
